As an ISO/TS 16949 supplier of impregnation services, Godfrey & Wing has the ability to process components for our customers who do not wish to make the capital investment for impregnation equipment. We can do this in any one of our five process centers or one of our allied service centers around the globe.
Our process equipment utilizes the most advanced technology in the world. Whether it is our patented continuous flow impregnation (CFi) or traditional batch systems, we have the systems and processes to guarantee the highest yield of castings without defects resulting from porosity or contamination. Godfrey & Wing service centers utilize the DVP process, the most robust in vacuum impregnation, to consistently deliver superior results regardless of material, porosity type or machining content.
