It is aimed at the development of a quality management system that provides continual improvement, defect prevention, and the reduction of variation and waste in the supply chain. The certification ensures Godfrey & Wing’s products and services repeatedly meet the automotive industry’s exacting specifications.
“Not only is IATF 16949:2016 a Quality Management System requirement to be considered as part of an automotive OEM supply chain, it demonstrates Godfrey & Wing’s commitment to quality and continual improvement”, said Han Sim, Corporate Quality Manager, Godfrey & Wing. “This is at the heart of Godfrey & Wing’s vision of ‘Simply Better’.”
