Advanced Vacuum Impregnation Equipment Featured at GIFA

2 Minute Read

Godfrey & Wing GmbH will feature the most advanced vacuum impregnation equipment in the world, the HVLV, at GIFA June 16-20 in Dusseldorf Germany at Dusseldorf Fairgrounds.

HVLV_Outlined_0415_smallGodfrey & Wing’s HVLV vacuum impregnation system utilizes patented Continuous Flow Impregnation (CFi) and dry vacuum and pressure (DVP) technology. The HVLV is capable of processing over 1000 pounds of castings per hour. It is ideal for sealing castings such as engines, gearboxes, brake parts or climate compressors/components in a footprint of less than 25.6 meters of floor space.

The HVLV has significantly reduced the resources (labor, floor space, sealant and electricity) required while delivering near 100% sealing performance. The system features compact, easy to operate units that enable in-house impregnation to be both practical and profitable, providing your company with a competitive advantage in the global marketplace. This technology helps companies save time, money and energy; ensures quality; increases productivity and gives companies the security of knowing that their pressure retention requirements will be met throughout the life of the component.

Godfrey & Wing HVLVs are installed in locations throughout the United States and Europe.
