Job Summary: 

Provides ongoing sales and technical support for all customer inquiries and customer development, acquisition and retention functions for assigned product groups.

  • Ancillary Job Shop Services

Includes focused effort on customer engagement, lead generation, and existing account maintenance.

In-House Responsibilities:

  • Acts as primary contact for all sales inquires and customer service requests

  • Provides technical support on G & W products and services to customers and customer prospects

  • Develops proposals based on knowledge of business and customer requirements

  • Tracks quote status with assigned Account Manager

  • Provides appropriate follow-up on all proposals/quotes

  • Provides customer feedback to appropriate Account Manager

  • Continuously and actively strives to engage customers

  • Continuously looks for opportunities to provide additional processes, ancillary services and other value added business

  • Maintains accurate CRM Database  

  • Interacts professionally with all internal and external resources

  • Research leads received to support outside Account Managers

  • Customer support, order entry for sealant/equipment; pricing

  • Represents Godfrey & Wing Inc. in a professional manner dressed according to Company dress code while operating under the Employee Handbook

  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience required.

2-5 years related experience. Process knowledge and industry experience preferred. Computer skills including MS Office.

Specific Skills: 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on follow up.  Strong customer service orientation. Demonstrated customer and sub-contractor relationship management. Must possess the ability to multi-task and have strong organizational skills.
