In addition to our patented Continuous Flow Impregnation systems, Godfrey & Wing continues to design and build standard batch impregnation systems. Batch line impregnation is the traditional method used to impregnate components. Parts are aggregated into large batches and processed in one batch.
Batch line impregnation systems are rugged and reliable. They can be built to almost any size and can impregnate many different shapes and sizes of components in a single cycle. This flexibility works well for companies that manufacture a wide variety of components regardless of individual production-run volumes.
Batch systems are traditionally Dry Vacuum and Pressure, Dry Vacuum Only, or Wet Vacuum Only processes. Process selection is based on the part being impregnated and the sealant most compatible with that part. Throughput is determined by system diameter and depth.
Whatever the requirements and variables for the components you need to impregnate, Godfrey & Wing can design and build a batch line impregnation system that will meet your needs today and support your future manufacturing goals.
