Batch Impregnation Equipment
In addition to our patented CFi systems, Godfrey & Wing also designs and builds standard "batch" impregnation systems. Batch system designs have been the backbone of traditional impregnation for half a century and are designed for rugged and reliable use. In lieu of single piece flow, parts are aggregated into large batches and processed at one time. Batch systems are suitable for 'off-line' or off-premises impregnation and can process a wide variety of parts.
Batch Impregnation
Batch systems are traditionally Dry Vacuum and Pressure, Dry Vacuum Only, or Wet Vacuum Only processes. Process selection is based on the part being impregnated and the sealant most compatible with that part. Throughput is determined by system diameter and depth, and can be over 6000 lbs per hour.
