RESPONSIBILITIES:  Responsible for the complete (electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic) controls package of our custom built equipment.  This includes, but is not limited to:  systems design, specification, document creation, programming, debug, run-off, installation/start up and customer support.  Candidate may also be expected to perform or manage panel build, field wiring and plumbing activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:   Successful candidate will have an Associate's Degree in an Electrical or Electronics related  field or related experience.  Must have 5+ years experience to include exposure to all facets of industrial machine control systems and hands on shop floor installation experience preferably in a machine build industry.  A thorough understanding of PLC and HMI logic development, programming and equipment debug is required.  Must have experience with one or more of the following plc platforms:  Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Siemens, or Omron.  Experience with one or more of the following industrial robots:  ABB, FANUC, or MOTOMAN preferred.  Mechanical maintenance experience a plus.

SPECIFIC SKILLS:  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Proven ability to troubleshoot and problem solve independently or as a team member.  Ability to travel domestic and international.
