Controls Engineer

Location: Muncie, IN

Start date: 03/04/2010

Job Description:

Responsible for the complete (electrical, pneumatic and hyraulic) controls package of our custom built equipment. This includes: system design, specification, document creation, programming, debug, run-off, installation/start-up and customer support.

Requires Associates Degree in Electronics or realted field/experience. 5+ years experience to include exposure to all facets of industrial machine control systems and hands on shop floor experience preferably in a machine build industry. Must have significant experience with PLC and HMI logic development, programming and equipment debug. Experience with one of more of the following plc platforms: Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Siemens, or OMRON as well as one or more of the following industrial robots: ABB, FANUC, or MOTOMAN required.

Ability to travel on average 50%-60% of the time required.
